40 injured in Amman bus crash

AMMAN — Forty people were injured after a bus overturned in Amman’s Dabouq neighbourhood. The Public Security Directorate spokesperson said that rescue teams from the Civil Defence Department and police rushed to the accident scene and administered first aid to the injured before transporting them to nearby hospitals. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the accident, the official said according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
