One dead, two injured after garbage truck crushes car

AMMAN — One man died and two people were injured on Monday when a garbage compactor overturned and fell on a car that was parked in east Amman’s Manara area, according to the Civil Defence Department.
Rescue teams rushed to the scene of the accident and administered first aid to the injured, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. They were taken to Al Bashir Hospital.
