Cultural values bring about sustainable development — Princess Sumaya

AMMAN — Advanced communities over the ages have adopted cultural values that enabled them to safeguard their achievements and ensure further development, HRH Princess Sumaya said Tuesday.

Speaking at the opening of a conference on communities’ shared cultural values organised by the Jordan Engineers Association, the princess said Jordan’s cultural values have been an engine of sustainable development for the Kingdom since its inception.

The two-day conference addresses the role of institutions in entrenching value systems, among other related issues.
