Education Ministry, Queen Rania Society seek to institutionalise cooperation

AMMAN — The Education Ministry and the Queen Rania Society Award for Excellence in Education on Wednesday launched a plan to institutionalise the partnership between the two sides, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The Education Ministry’s secretary general, Mohammed Okour, stressed the partnership between the ministry and the society in developing education.
During the meeting, which was held at the Ministry of Education, Okour added that the ministry was keen to follow up on the society and its impacts on students and teachers.
Chief executive officer of the society, Lubna Touqan reviewed the results of an evaluative study for the excellence awards of the past decade during the meeting.
