AMMAN — Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Wednesday visited the comprehensive government service centre, which was established by the Ministry of Justice with the aim of facilitating legal procedures and providing access to justice-related services to citizens and lawyers. The centre includes 10 governmental agencies and provides 80 public services six days a week from 9am to 9pm.

Work is under way to expand the number of services to 95, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Razzaz listened to a briefing from Minister of Justice Bassam Talhouni on the services provided by the centre, which has completed around 11,000 documents with an average of up to 4,000 documents per week since its opening on February 22, 2020.

The services include document and certificate authentication for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and services for the Department of Land and Survey and the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department.
