Princess Alia attends launch of wildlife reserve

AMMAN — HRH Princess Alia on Sunday attended a ceremony to launch Al Mawa Reserve which aims at reintroducing illegally-traded wild animals to their original habitats, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The 1,400- dunum reserve was established in partnership between the Princess Alia Foundation and the Austrian charity Four Paws and was funded by the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development.
It is concerned with protecting wild animals in line with international laws and agreements.
