AMMAN — Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) has apologised to its customers on board of some outbound flights for the delay experienced on Sunday and Monday due to technical reasons, according to a statement from the national carrier.
RJ President and CEO Stefan Picher expressed his regret to travellers flying to London, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Kuwait and Bangkok on Sunday, in addition to other flights that witnessed some delays on Monday, explaining that the delay coincided with the increased demand on the RJ network during Eid Al Adha holiday and the start of the school year.
