Senate president receives JIACC's annual report

AMMAN —  Senate President Faisal Fayez on Tuesday received the annual report of the Jordan Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC), which included the commission’s top achievements and recommendations to preserve public money and prevent financial and administrative violations.

Receiving JIACC Chairman Muhannad Hijazi and JIACC members, Fayez said that the Senate is keen to cooperate with the commission and consider any recommendations related to laws associated with developing the JIACC's role, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Hijazi reviewed the commission’s main tasks and its role to preserve public money, highlighting the importance of coordination and cooperation between the JIACC and the Upper House.
