Tourism minister meets with Spanish instructors, students

AMMAN — Tourism Minister Nayef Fayez on Wednesday night met with instructors and students from the Spanish Francisco de Vitoria University, who are on a field visit to the Kingdom.
Fayez highlighted the importance of Jordan in the global tourism sector thanks to enjoying "diversified and unique tourists sites" and due to the Kingdom’s security and stability, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The minister said that Jordan is among the top religious tourism destinations in the world due to its religious and civil diversity and enjoyment of the values of tolerance and coexistence.
He also briefed the visitors with the top figures of the tourism sectors before the pandemic and procedures made by the ministry to develop the sector and improve the level of services offered to tourists.
