Transport minister checks on QAIA’s expansion project

AMMAN — Minister of Transport Jamil Mujahed on Tuesday toured Queen Alia International Airport to check on the launch of the second phase of the airport’s expansion, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The minister stressed the need for the airport to facilitate travellers’ procedures, while also keeping in mind the need to maintain security measures.
He highlighted the need for “comprehensive measures” to help in the development of the airport. Mujahed highlighted Queen Alia International Airport’s importance as a station for travellers and investors from the region and the rest of the world, Petra added.
