AMMAN — The Jordan River Foundation has recently started implementing the fourth phase of a project on empowering communities hosting Syrian refugees, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Monday.

The project, financed by UNHCR, targets 800 Syrian and Jordanian children and women through providing them with psychological support.

The project will also empower young people in Karak, Maan, Irbid and Amman. It will also target 160 women through implementing several training courses specialised in self-empowerment within the targeted areas, Petra added.
