AMMAN — The US embassy on Sunday launched the Jordanian-American Military Fitness Challenge, an online workout competition for the Jordanian public, according to an embassy statement.
Any Jordanian citizen aged 18 or older is eligible to participate and complete a set of exercises to take part in the civilian competition. Individuals should film a video of themselves doing the workout and submit the link on the US embassy’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/jordan.usembassy/) in order to compete.
Free of charge, the challenge requires no equipment, and is open until August 30, the statement said. A laptop will be awarded to the top male and female competitors and all individuals who complete the workout will be put into a random drawing for an additional prize, according to the statement.
